We only accept returns on perishable products that are found to be damaged upon arrival, or when the incorrect item is shipped to you. If you wish to return a perishable product, then please be sure to do so within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note that we do not accept returns on perishable products that have been opened.
We only accept returns on non-perishable products that have a manufacturing defect, are damaged upon arrival, or when the incorrect item is shipped to you. Non-perishable products must be returned to us within 30 days of the original purchase date.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us first so that our staff can issue you a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. We do not accept return shipments without an approved RMA number. Return shipping fees are only refundable in cases where we've mistakenly sent you the incorrect item.
Please note that the PO box address listed in our contact section is not our return address. Returns sent to this address will not be accepted, nor will any shipping costs incurred by the sender be refunded. Our correct return shipping address will be given to you with your approved RMA number, in addition to return shipping instructions.
Refunds, credits, and product exchanges will only be approved and issued after the return shipment has been received and inspected by our staff. Returns are generally processed within 3 to 5 business days from the date that they're received at our warehouse.
